(HUNTSVILLE, ON) On Saturday December 20, 2014 just after midnight Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a Chev Malibu on King William St. in the town of Huntsville. The officer had a conversation with the driver and found that he had been drinking.
As a result of the investigation Timothy KAYAHARA (25yrs) of North York, Ontario was arrested then charged with driving with more than 80mgs of alcohol per 100mltrs of blood. His vehicle was impounded for 7 days and he received a 90 day driver’s licence suspension. The accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Huntsville on February 4, 2015 to answer to his charges.
On Sunday December 21, 2014 just at about 3:30am Huntsville OPP stopped a GMC pickup on West Road in the town of Huntsville. The driver Kyle LITSTER (19yrs) of Huntsville was found to have been drinking. He has since been charged with having more than 80mgs of alcohol per 100mltrs of blood. He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Huntsville on February 4, 2016 to answer to his charges.
