Two Charged With Break And Enter – YOUNG and McNEVAN

(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On October 8, 2016 at approximately 11:48 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a break, enter and theft of a red, 2008 Honda CRF 230 cc dirt bike from a residential garage on Ida Street in the Township of Southgate which occurred sometime between 6:30 p.m. on October 5 and 10:00 a.m. on October 8.

On October 9, 2016, as a result of an ongoing investigation, police arrested and charged two individuals in connection to this incident.

26-year old Cheryl Ann YOUNG, of the Municipality of Grey Highlands, was charged with break and enter, and possession of stolen property under $5,000. She is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on November 10, 2016.

22-year old Dominic John Paul McNEVAN, of the Municipality of Grey Highlands, was charged with break and enter, and possession of stolen property under $5,000. A bail hearing was set for October 11, 2016.

On October 10, 2016, police recovered the stolen dirt bike from a barn on Centre Line A in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
