(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Tuesday November 23, 2010 two Mitchell males were charged with “possession of property obtained by crime under $5000.
The charges resulted from information obtained, and a two month Perth County OPP investigation into the September 28th theft from the Mitchell Youth Centre in the Old Mitchell Public School on Rowland St. Mitchell.
During this break-in a number of Nintendo Wii, Play Station 2 units, a game cube, numerous controllers and computer games were stolen.
Most of the stolen property has been recovered and has subsequently been returned to the Youth Centre.
The two males are set to appear in Stratford Criminal Court on January 4, 2011 to answer to their charge.
