(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 19-year-old male, 18-year-old female after conducting an investigation at a Wilson Drive, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at approximately 5:27 p.m., officers were on patrol in the area of Simcoe Boulevard, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped by police and investigated at a Wilson Drive address.
As result of the investigation, police arrested and charged 19-year-old Blake Thomas DIXON of Norfolk County, Ontario with possession of Marihuana and two (2) counts of fail to comply with recognizance.
Charged with two (2) counts of fail to comply with recognizance is 18-year-old Jessica Brooke Ruth HOAG of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Both are to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
