Two Arrested For Thefts

(SUDBURY, ON) – While investigating the break, enters and thefts and mischief at the Fairbank Provincial Park in Worthington, officers from the Sudbury Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were able to identify the persons responsible for stealing 1,600 litres of fuel along with an assortment of tools and causing approximately $8,500 of property damage at this location.

Further investigation revealed the same culprits were responsible for several other break, enter and thefts from properties located in the Rock Lake Rd. area in Servos Township and on Atikameksheng First Nation.

These break, enters and thefts are believed to have occurred between September 23 and November 8, 2015. Suspects stole several gas cans full of fuel from properties situated on Rock Lake, Servos Township along with an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) on Atikameksheng First Nation.

Bradley James SHANOHA, age 19 of Lively, ON is charged with:

4 counts of Break, Enter a place – commit indictable offence

Mischief Under $5,000

4 counts of Theft Under $5,000

Mischief Over $5,000

Break, Enter a place – with intent to commit indictable offence

Nicholas David NAROZANSKI, age 20 of Lively, ON is charged with:

Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000

Break, Enter a place – commit indictable offence

The investigation is on-going and further charges are pending.
