(SPRINGWATER TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On March 11th, 2016 at approximately 11:30 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to an alarm sounding at the Elmvale District High School in the Village of Elmvale.
Upon arrival OPP observed two males running from the above location. After a short foot chase Police apprehended these males.
Charged with “Break, Enter a Place – Commit Indictable Offence” are Gregory J. KENNEY and Nathan MOONEY both 19 years of age and both from Springwater Twp. Police have further charged MOONEY with “Possession Break In Instruments”. First appearance is May 3rd, 2016 in Collingwood court.
