Are you interested in supporting enhanced fishing and recreation opportunities in the Saugeen River in Walkerton?
You are invited to attend a Public Consultation Meeting to discuss a proposed removal of the Truax Dam to be held on October 5th, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Walkerton Fire Hall Meeting Room.
The public consultation meeting will include a presentation on the fishery by the Ministry of Natural Resource and Foresty which will include fishery management perspectives. Members of the Lake Huron Fishing Club will also be avilable to provide information and anwser questions.
