(KINGSVILLE, ON)— The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Kingsville received a call regarding a possible impaired driver near Division Road North and Beech Street in Kingsville on February 1, 2016 at approximately 2:50 p.m.
Officers located the black Jeep and spoke to the lone occupant and driver who exhibited signs of impairment.
He was arrested at the scene and his vehicle was impounded.
Trevor WIPER, age 50 of Kingsville was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Windsor court on February 18, 2016 to answer to the charges.
