(STILL RIVER, ON) – OPP was called to an overdue motorist on September 1, 2013 at approximately 9:57 p.m. that led to several charges. A male was out on an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) in the Britt area but did not return home once it became dark. Family members searched the ATV trails and finally called Police when they could not locate. OPP’s Emergency Response Team, Britt Fire Department and EMS responded to assist in locating the male.
After several hours, the male made his way out of the forest. It was revealed that the male had a collision with his ATV and failed to wear a helmet.

Drive Disqualified, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
Breach of Probation
The accused will attend the Ontario Court of Justice Parry Sound on October 10, 2013.
