(Quinte West, ON) – On Sunday September 22nd, 2013 at 9:30am, a Trenton man was released from Police custody on a Promise to Appear. Less than seven hours later, Quinte West OPP found the accused violating the conditions of his undertaking by being in the company of the victim of his previous charges. The man was re-arrested and held in custody for a bail hearing. 28 year old Shawn Hachey faces several criminal charges including failing to comply with Undertaking before Officer in Charge. He will appear in Belleville court on September 23rd, 2013.
