(Hawkesbury, ON) – On the 12th of September 2012, at approximately 1:30 am, Constable Marc Lauzon intercepted a white Dodge Ram pick-up truck Le Chenail Boulevard in the Town of Hawkesbury.
During the execution of the traffic stop, the driver was found in possession of illicit drugs.
Alain FILION (53 yrs) of L’Orignal, ON was arrested and charged under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with the following sections:
• CDSA 4(1) Possession Schedule I – Methamphetamine;
• CDSA 4(1) Possession Schedule II Cannabis Marihuana – under 30grams.
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear in court on October 9th in L’Orignal.
