(QUINTE WEST, ON) -On Wednesday October 22nd, 2014, at approximately 8:00am Quinte West OPP conducted a traffic stop on Sidney Street in Trenton. The male driver of the vehicle was found to be breaching his conditions as set out by an Officer in Charge Undertaking. The male entered into these conditions in July of this year after he was charged with uttering threats and assault with a weapon.
David DEFOSSE, 56, of Trenton was arrested at the scene of the traffic stop for Failing to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking Given by Officer in Charge. He was released on a Promise to Appear and given a first appearance date of November 3rd, 2014, at the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville.
