TRAFFIC INFRACTION LEADS TO IMPAIRED CHARGE

(NORTH BAY ON)- On October 15, at approximately 1:48 a.m., a vehicle committed a traffic infraction on Highway 11 (by-pass). The vehicle was followed onto Trout Lake Road and it eventually stopped in a driveway in residential area. As a result of police investigation, Kyle MANAGHAN, age 20, of North Bay, Ontario, was charged with fail or refuse to provide sample of breath contrary to section 254(5) of the Criminal Code of Canada

The accused was released from custody and is required to attend the Ontario Court of Justice in North Bay on October 28, 2014.
