(NEW TECUMSETH)- On Friday, August 15th, 2014, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Nottawasaga Detachment, were called to the scene of a collision on the 15th side road of New Tecumseth,between the 3rd and 4th lines, involving a farm tractor and a car. No injuries were reported.
During the investigation it was determined that the operator of the farm tractor had been drinking. Subsequently a 61 year old New Tecumseth man was arrested for “Impaired Driving†. He was released on a Promise to Appear and will attend Court on the 18th of September, 2014 to answer to the charges.
