(Otonabee South Monaghan Township, ON) – On November 15, at approximately 10:15 a.m. members of the Peterborough County OPP were called to investigate a report of a dispute that occurred at a Highway 7 residence.
Attending officers were advised that 44 year old Tina FALZETTA of Otonabee South Monaghan and a 43 year old Tory GRANT had been involved in an argument at a residence on Highway 7. The argument became heated and the male struck the female.
The victim received first aid for a minor injury to her nose as a result of the incident.
Tory GRANT was arrested and charged with the offence of Assault. He is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on January 22, 2015 to answer to the charge.
