Tony NEUFELD – Drunk Driving

(LEAMINGTON, ON)— The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Leamington was called to attend a restaurant on Talbot Street West regarding a male who appeared impaired, on January 30, 2016 at approximately 11:55 p.m.

Officers located the male in the driver’s seat of a silver Chrysler. He exhibited signs of impairment and the odour of burnt marihuana also emanated from within the vehicle.

The male was arrested at the scene. Officers also located marihuana on the male.

Tony NEUFELD, age 21 of Kingsville, was charged with Care or Control While Impaired, Care or Control Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content and Possession of a Schedule II Substance. He will appear in a Leamington court on February 18, 2016 to answer to the charges.
