Todd CARDIFF – Drunk Driving

(GEORGIAN BAY TOWNSHIP, ON) – On September 29, 2015 at approximately 5:29 p.m. officers from the Central Region Traffic Unit were conducting a R.I.D.E check for seatbelt use on Highway 400 northbound at the Quarry Road off ramp.

A motor vehicle entered the R.I.D.E check. The male driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested by police. The 2006 GMC Sierra pick-up was towed for 7 days and the driver lost his licence for 90 days.

Todd CARDIFF (age 38) of Port Severn, ON has been charged with:

1. Driving with More than 80 mgs. Of Alcohol in Blood contrary to Criminal Code sec 253(1) (b).

The accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Midland Ontario on October 8, 2015.
