(THUNDER BAY, ON) On Saturday, July 26, 2014 at approximately 8:57 pm, officers from the Thunder Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a single vehicle collision that occurred on Pardee Road in Neebing Township.
Officers arrived at the scene and upon speaking to the driver, detected an odour of alcohol emitting from the drivers’ breath. Subsequently the driver was found to be over the legal limit.
The driver suffered minor injuries and was transported to hospital by ambulance.
Ryan STADEY, 29, years of age, from Thunder Bay was arrested and charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle.
He is to appear in Provincial Court on September 26, 2014 to answer to the charge.
