(MUNICIPALITY OF MEAFORD, ON) – On Friday, August 11,, 2014 at approximately 1:27 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a multi vehicle collision on Hwy. 6 & 10 near Sunny Valley Rd. in the Municipality of Meaford.
The driver of a 2003 Dodge Dakota pick-up truck, towing a camper trailer, was travelling northbound on Hwy. 6 & 10. When traffic came to a halt, the pick-up truck struck a vehicle from behind, causing a chain reaction. A total of three vehicles were involved in the collision. All vehicles had to be towed from the scene. There were no injuries.
Dale PRISLEY, 62, of Amherstburg, Ontario was issued a Provincial Offence Notice for following too close under the Highway Traffic Act.
