(Collingwood, Ontario) On the afternoon of the 11th of August 2013 members of the OPP Central Region Emergency Response Team (ERT) members assigned to directed patrols for the weekend and assisted by the OPP Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Section – Central North Drug Unit Community Drug Action Team and officers from the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains detachment arrested several males for drug related offences
It all began when police received a complaint of a parked vehicle on a lot on First Street with males inside possibly in the possession of controlled substances. Upon police arrival the vehicle was unattended however the males returned a short time later and were found to be in possession of controlled substances. As a result, three males were arrested and charged with several offences.
Charged persons are:
22 year-old Zachary LINTNER of Clarington, Ontario, he is facing charges of possession of cannabis resin under 1 gram, possession of cannabis marihuana under 30 gram, possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and posession of property obtained by crime under $5000.
22 year-old Peter TEMELKOVSKI of Oshawa, Ontario, he is facing charges of breach of probation, possession of cannabis resin under 1 gram, possession of cannabis marihuana under 30 gram, possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and posession of property obtained by crime under $5000.
24 year-old Nickolas TEMELKOVSKI of Whitby, Ontario, he is facing charges of possession of cannabis resin under 1 gram, possession of cannabis marihuana under 30 gram, possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and posession of property obtained by crime under $5000.
They are to appear in Collingwood court on the 24th of September 2013. The investigation also yielded over $1000 in cash, marihuana, cannabis resin, several small baggies of cocaine and related drug paraphernalia and property and the seizure of their vehicle. The accused males are to appear in Collingwood court on the 24th of September 2013.
