On December 11, 2013 at 1:00 p.m., the Guelph Police attended to a home on Balmoral Drive to investigate a break and enter. The entry occurred sometime between 8:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. The culprit(s) damaged the rear door to gain entry then ransacked the house. A theft is reported in this incident.

The entry occurred sometime between 10:10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. The culprit(s) damaged the rear door to gain entry. It is believed that the return of the homeowner may have caused the culprit(s) to flee and no theft is reported.
