(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged an 18-year-old male, 21-year-old male and a 22-year-old female after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Gore Road, South Walsingham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, June 18, 2016, at approximately 9:33 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Gore Road and Lakeshore Road, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged three occupants of the motor vehicle.
Charged with possession of Marihuana and having liquor in an open container in other than licenced premises or private place is 18-year-old Ricky ROSWELL of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Charged with possession of Marihuana and having liquor in an open container in other than licenced premises or private place is 21-year-old Javan LYLE of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Charged with possession of Marihuana and having liquor in an open container in other than licenced premises or private place is 22-year-old Becka Irene SMITH of Norfolk County, Ontario.
All are to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
