Three Arrested For Break In – Angela DRUMOND, Scott VANSTONE, Colleen BAILLIE – One Had Methamphetamine

(MUNICIPALITY OF WESTPERTH, ON) On Sunday September 08, 2013, shortly after 6:30 a.m., Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers observed a suspicious pickup truck, parked behind an industrial building on West St. North in Mitchell. Officers observed three persons load materials in the back of the truck.

Investigation revealed that the materials loaded in the back of the pickup had been taken from the West Perth Refuse & Recycling Station.

The three individuals were arrested and have been charged.

Angela DRUMOND (50) of the Municipality of West Perth, Colleen BAILLIE (49) of the Municipality of West Perth, and Scott VANSTONE (49) of the Township of Perth South are charged with “break, enter a place – commit indictable offence”, “possession property obtained by crime under $5,000”, and “possession of break in instruments”. In addition Colleen BAILLIE was also charged with “possession schedule I – Methamphetamines (Crystal Meth)”.

Scott VANSTONE was released from custody on Monday September 09, 2013 he is scheduled to appear in Stratford Criminal Court on September 30, 2013 to answer to these charges.

Angela DRUMOND remains in custody and will appear in Stratford Criminal Court on Wednesday September 11, 2013 to answer to the charges.

Colleen BAILLIE remains in custody and will appear in Stratford Criminal Court on Friday September 13, 2013 to answer to the charges.
