On March 23, 2014 just before 4:30am, Police arrested a 26 year old Kitchener male on charges of pointing a firearm, weapons dangerous, intimidation and utter threats. The male was held for a showcause hearing. The investigation stemmed from the allegation that the male pointed a firearm and threatened a family member. This is believed to be a targeted act, not a random act of violence.
