In the early morning hours of March 22, 2014, Police arrested a male in the area bound by Erbsville Road, Wideman Road, and Laurelwood Drive in Waterloo. The male had been observed entering unlocked motor vehicles in that area. Property has been recovered as a result of this arrest and police are asking for the public’s assistance in returning the property to it’s rightful owners. A 21 year old Waterloo male was charged with Theft and Possession of Stolen Property. Police request residents in the above mentioned area check their vehicles and determine if it has been entered and property removed. Currently police do not require your information unless entry was actually gained and items removed. Anyone wishing to submit a report should contact police at 519 653 7700.
