(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On Saturday October 25th, 2014, around 4:00pm, Quinte West OPP received a complaint about a suspected impaired driver. The vehicle was located and stopped at the intersection of Front Street and Division Street. After a brief conversation with the male driver, the male was placed under arrest for impaired operation of a motor vehicle.
Thomas MARTIN, 55, of Frankford was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Drive Motor vehicle with more than 80mgs of Alcohol in Blood.
MARTIN was released on Promise to Appear with a first appearance date of November 6th, 2014, at the Ontario Court of Justice, Belleville.
