(DESERONTO, ON)- On Monday, November 17th, 2014 at 2:54 p.m. officers with the Napanee Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report of a Jeep Cherokee striking a residence on College Street in Deseronto.
The driver attempted to leave after hitting the residence but was arrested at the scene.
Charged with over 80 mgs is 64 year-old Thomas MARACLE of Tyendinaga First Nation.
MARACLE was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Napanee on December 2nd.
