(ODESSA, ON)- On September 17, 2016, at 12:48 p.m. officers with the Loyalist detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a single vehicle collision on County Road 6 near Scotland Road, Loyalist Township.
The male driver of a grey Chevrolet pick-up truck lost control of the vehicle and ended up in the ditch. He was arrested at the scene for over 80 mgs after he failed an alcohol roadside screening device test and was taken to the Napanee OPP for further breath tests.
Charged with impaired driving and over 80 mgs is 30 year-old Thomas CROTEAU of Kingston.
He is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Napanee on October 11, 2016.
