Thieves Steal Trailer Chained To Tree

(Havelock Belmont Methuen Township, ON) – On Sunday November 3, at approximately 10:30 a.m., members of the Peterborough County OPP were called to investigate a report of a theft from a residence that occurred on North School Road.

The home owner report that on sometime between 7 pm and 9 am on Saturday November 2, 2013 unknown persons attended the residence and stole a utility trailer the owner had chained to a tree at the end of his laneway. In the trailer at the time where 6 vinyl clad windows. The Trailer is described as a black 4’x8’ trailer utility trailer.
