Thefts From Vehicles In Blyth

(NORTH HURON, ON) – Officers from the Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) detachment are investigating four thefts from vehicles that took place in Blyth this week. The four thefts all took place overnight between March 10 and March 11, 2014.

The vehicles were parked on the following streets: Wellington Street, King Street, Dinsley Street and Mill Street. The stolen property included: $120 cash, loose change, an Ipod Touch, vehicle documents and an ignition key.

Thefts from vehicles are crimes of opportunity. Lock your vehicle, remove your keys and do not leave valuables in plain view. If you observe suspicious activity in your neighbourhood promptly call police. Your call to police may help police solve a crime.
