Theft Of Tools From Stone Company In Perth East

(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) – On Wednesday July 27, 2016, the owner of a stone supply company in Brunner contacted the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and reported the theft of tools from his business.

Investigation revealed that sometime between 10 p.m. Tuesday July 26th and 7 a.m. Wednesday July 27th, unknown person(s) entered onto the property and gained entry into the company workshop and a company pickup truck. A subsequent inventory check determined that an orange and white Stihl quick cut saw, Model TS420 was missing, as well as 3 sets of Mastercraft wrenches. The value of the stolen tools is approximately $1,500.

The Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) would like to hear from anyone who may have observed suspicious persons or vehicles in the area of the business during the time in question.
