(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) -On August 30, 2014 Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report that a tire and aluminum rim were stolen off of a 2004 Mazda while parked overnight in the driveway of an Elgin Street home in Fergus and found resting on a cement block. The tire is described as a Motomaster all-weather tire.
