(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On Sunday, July 28, 2013, at approximately 6:28 a.m. Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a theft of hay report from the Township of Southgate.
Eleven (11) bales of hay were stolen from a field on Grey Rd. 9 between Southgate Sideroad 71 and Ida Street some time between Friday, July 26th and Saturday, July 27th, 2013. The bales were in a row ready for pick up when the theft occurred.
The value of the stolen hay bales was estimated $550.
