(Bancroft, Ontario) – On Monday the 29th of September 2014, the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received the report of a theft from a driveway on Loop Road in the Municipality of Highlands East. Investigation revealed that sometime between the morning of Saturday the 27th of September and the afternoon of Sunday the 28th of September, a maroon and grey Maxum boat and trailer were stolen.
