(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Sunday July 13, 2014, Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were contacted by an Armstrong St. West resident in Listowel, who advised that numerous items had been stolen from his garage.
Investigation indicated that sometime between 11:30 p.m. Saturday July 12, 2014, and 4:30 a.m. Sunday July 13, 2014, an unknown suspect entered the open garage and removed the following items:
– Stihl weed wacker
– DeWalt flashlight
– A pair of Nike running shoes
– A pair of Puma running shoes

Residents are reminded to lock their vehicles, garages, and outbuildings, in order to avoid these opportunistic thefts.
