(WHITE RIVER, ON) On September 7, 2013 the Superior East Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were advised of a male breaching his probation condition not to purchase/possess or consume alcohol. As a result of police investigation, 58-year-old Terry JACOBS, of Pic Mobert was arrested at 5:47 pm and charged for breach of probation. The accused was later released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Wawa Criminal Court on December 9, 2013.
