Terry GAVAN – Drunk Driving

(SOUTH PORCUPINE, ON) –The South Porcupine Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call about a single motor vehicle collision that had occurred on Highway 101, Keefer Township, at approximately 2:25 p.m. on January 8, 2015.

Further investigation resulted in the driver of the vehicle facing charges. No one was injured as a result of the collision.

Terry GAVAN, 50, of Chapleau, was charged with Over 80 as per section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused will appear in the Timmins Ontario Court of Justice on March 10, 2015.
