(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) – On January 8, 2015 at approximately 9:43 p.m., an alert citizen contacted Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) for a driving complaint on Glengarry Crescent, Fergus.
Officers located the vehicle and investigated the male driver. Approximately 34 grams of suspected marihuana was seized. He was arrested and released at the scene with court documents.
Morgan FRANCIS age 18 of Centre Wellington Township has been charged with Possession of Marihuana over 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on February 24, 2015 to answer to the charge.
