(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were called to a suspicious vehicle incident on Phelps Road.
At 12:36 a.m. on Tuesday October 1st, 2013 officers located a 1998 Dodge Dakota pickup truck parked on the side of the road. After further investigation the officers located marihuana plants.
Terry DYMENT 27 years of age from the City of Brantford is facing the following criminal charge
Production Schedule II Cannabis Marihuana
The accused is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Brantford on November 1st, 2013 to answer to the charge.
