(KEARNEY, ON) The Almaguin Highlands Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was patrolling Highway 518 in the Town of Kearney on Sunday April 6, 2014 at approximately 4:00 a.m. OPP stopped a vehicle, a blue Ford Winstar and subsequently arrested the female driver for impaired operation of a motor vehicle.
The driver, Terri KAERCHER-MCKAY (45) of Perry Township was charged with driving while ability impaired and driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 milliliters of blood. The accused was released from police custody and is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sundridge Ontario on Thursday May 8, 2014.
