The Owen Sound Police are investigating a single motor vehicle collision that occurred shortly before 4:00 pm on 17APR15. A small white sedan was northbound on 28th Ave E from 20th Street E travelling at a high rate of speed. Upon reaching the end of the paved road, the vehicle entered onto a gravel road at which time the driver lost control of her car. The car left the roadway, struck some trees and rolled once ending up on the passenger side. Fortunately the driver and passenger, both teenagers, were wearing their seatbelts. Both were transported to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries. The 2006 Pontiac sustained extensive damage. Police continue to investigate this incident.
