Teens Caught With Beer In Tim Horton’s Parking Lot

(Embrun, ON) On August 23, 2013 OPP Constables responded to a liquor complaint in the parking lot of the Tim Horton’s in Embrun. The officer attended the location and found 4 people in a vehicle that contained several cans and bottles of beer. The occupants were all under aged to legally possess alcohol.

Alexandre LACOURSIERE 18 years old of Russell , Ashton ORIEUX 18 years old of Casselman along with 2 young persons were all issued provincial offence notices for the following offence:

LLA 30(8) Person under 19 years having liquor
