(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were called to a minor single vehicle collision on the 403 Highway near Rest Acres Road.
At approximately 4:10 a.m. Friday January 17th, 2014, officers arrived at the scene of a minor collision on the 403 Highway. Officers located the female driver of the vehicle, and while the officer was talking to the driver he could detect the odour of alcohol. The driver was given the Approved Screening Device test, and as a result of the test she was transported to the County of Brant OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Tahmina JAHN 21 years of age from the City of Guelph is facing the following Criminal charge
Drive over 80 milligrams
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on February 17th, 2014 to answer to the charge.
