(Oro-Medonte, ON) – On July 29th, 2013 at 2:14 a.m., a member of the Barrie Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) observed a motor vehicle travelling northbound on highway 400, south of the highway 11 split in Springwater Twp. The vehicle was travelling at a slow speed approximately 30 KMH. The female driver was inadvertently driving with a flat tire. A further investigation of the driver of this motor vehicle revealed that she was operating it while under the influence of alcohol. Charged with Impaired operation and Exceed 80 mgs is Sympathy CHIRISA , age 46 of Oro-Medonte Twp. She is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice located in Barrie on August 19th 2013.
