Suzanne THIBODEAU – Drunk Driving, Speeding, Drugs

(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) On August 28, 2015, just before noon, a Chatham-Kent Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a Saturn car on Highway 401 eastbound near Communication Road, for a speeding violation.

While the officer was speaking with the driver, 45-year-old Suzanne THIBODEAU, from Tecumseh, it was determined that she had been consuming alcoholic beverages.

Subsequent investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of suspected Tylenol 3 tablets that were not prescribed to her.

Further tests indicated that the driver was over the legal limit and she will appear in a Chatham court on October 8, 2015, to answer to the following charges:

· Driving With More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol In Blood.

· Possession of a Schedule III Substance

· Speeding
