Suspended Driver Involved In Collision With Deer – LANGNER

(TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – On February 3, 2018 at approximately 1:30 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a car-deer collision on Highway 6 & 10 near Sunny Valley Road in the Township of Georgian Bluffs.

The passenger vehicle was travelling northbound on the highway when a deer emerged from the east ditch and collided with the vehicle causing moderate damage. During the investigation, the driver of the vehicle was found to be a suspended driver.

32-year old Brooks Philip LANGNER of the Municipality of Grey Highlands was charged with driving while under suspension under the Highway Traffic Act (HTA).

He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on March 12, 2018.
