(NORTH PERTH, ON) – A driver with outstanding warrants was arrested during the early morning hours of February 25, 2019 in the Municipality of North Perth.
Members of the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) North Perth detachment observed a female operating a vehicle in North Perth. The female was identified by police as a wanted person and initiated a traffic stop.
Heidi DIEMERT, 28-years-old, of the Municipality of North Perth was arrested and charged with:
Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Methamphetamine
Carrying a concealed weapon
Fail to Comply with Conditions of Undertaking Given by Officer in Charge times 3
Driving while under suspension times 2
Operate a motor vehicle without insurance
Use plate not authorized for vehicle
The female was held for a bail hearing in the Ontario Court of Justice, Stratford on February 26, 2019.
