Suspended Driver

(Rockland, ON) On February 21, 2014 OPP Constable Jason St-Amour was on patrol in Rockland when he noticed a vehicle travelling with an expired validation sticker on the rear plate. The vehicle was stopped and the officer spoke to the driver. The driver could not produce his driver’s licence. A Police computer verification revealed that driver was suspended form driving in Ontario.

Paul Jean OUIMET, 51 years old from Rockland was served with a Part 3 Summons for the following offences:

HTA 53(1) Driving while under suspension x2

He was also issued a provincial offence notice for the following offence:

HTA 7(1)(a) Drive motor vehicle, no permit
