(KENORA, ON) On Sunday August 24, 2014 at around 11:00 pm members of the Kenora OPP received information that a man wanted by the Calgary Police for attempted murder was possibly in the Kenora area. OPP members located the suspect vehicle on highway 17 just before 1:30 am on August 25, 2014. The two occupants of the vehicle were arrested. One of them was identified as the accused, 51 year old Ulises QUINTERO of Calgary, AB. He was arrested on the warrant and held in custody for the Calgary Police. He will be returned to Calgary Alberta to answer to the charges. The other male with him was released unconditionally.
