(LEAMINGTON, ON) -The male arrested on Friday in Leamington, for shooting another male in the face and body with a pellet gun has been arraigned in court.
Brandon GIBBS, age 33 of Leamington was arrested and taken for a bail hearing.
He has been charged with the following offences:
Aggravated Assault
Firearm-Use While Committing Offence
Carrying Concealed Weapon
Discharge Firearm With Intent to Wound
Possession of Weapon for Dangerous Purpose
Pointing a Firearm
Disobeying a Court Order x 2
